At Florida Sporting Clays, we proudly provide professional shotgunning instruction to residents of Orlando and the many neighboring communities throughout Central Florida. Our team has a passion for sport shooting, and we’ll be pleased to work with you and help you discover the keys to honing your shotgunning skills.
We’re proud to teach from the Coordinated Shooting Method Teaching Recreational and Competition Shooting (CSM/TRACS) method, a unique program that:
- Was developed by legendary sporting clays shooting instructor John Higgins
- Seeks to teach individuals a shooting method rather a specific shooting technique, such as sustained lead, pull away, or swing through
- Focuses on students understanding why, how, and where specific targets were missed to allow for simple correction on future pulls
- Stresses the importance of the student learning instead of the teacher teaching, all with a positive attitude and respect for the game
Florida Sporting Clays provides lessons at a number of nearby courses and outdoor shooting ranges, all just a quick drive from the greater Orlando area. We’re available for both individual and group instruction, and we’re proud to serve individuals ages 10 and up. So long as you can safely wield a shotgun and have a desire to increase your clay shooting skills, we’ll be pleased to work with you.
